Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate corporate sales leads.

• Manage corporate gifting, bulk orders, and customised chocolate orders.

• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.

• Follow up with potential clients to secure orders and achieve sales targets.

• Coordinate with production, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

• Handle customer enquiries and maintain excellent after-sales service.

• Support the Corporate Sales Manager in developing sales strategies.

• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.

• Assist in planning corporate sales campaigns and seasonal promotions.

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or business development.

• Experience in FMCG, F&B, luxury gifting, or hospitality is an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

• Good organisational and time-management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Ability to manage multiple corporate accounts and meet deadlines.
