The Role

We're on the hunt for an Operations Assistant — part fleet guardian, part problem-solver, part roadside hero. This role sits at the heart of everything that keeps our bikes on the road and our riders happy. You'll be the person who notices a loose mirror before a customer does, the one who knows exactly which workshop to call when a bike needs attention, and the one keeping tabs on every inspection date and insurance renewal so nothing slips through the cracks.

This is a startup role through and through: no rigid 9-to-5, no stiff hierarchy, no "that's not my job." Timing is free and easy — what matters is that the bikes are road-ready and the operations run smoothly. What You'll Be Doing

• Fleet care — perform simple repairs and routine checks on our XMAX 300s (tyres, brakes, minor fixes) to keep every bike safe and ready to ride
• Workshop & tow coordination — be the go-to liaison with motorcycle workshops and tow truck operators when a bike needs more than a quick fix
• Inspections & compliance — send bikes for LTA inspections on schedule, and track upcoming inspection dates so nothing's ever overdue
• Insurance tracking — monitor insurance expiry dates across the fleet and flag renewals well ahead of time
• Fleet deployment — help relocate, clean, and prep bikes at carpark locations around Singapore
• General operations support — jump in wherever needed, from troubleshooting app/booking issues to supporting ad-hoc projects as we scale
• Startup hustle — wear multiple hats, suggest better ways of doing things, and help build the operational playbook as we grow

What We're Looking For

• A valid Class 2A motorcycle licence (you ride or at least know your way around a bike)
• Basic motorcycle mechanical know-how, or a genuine willingness to learn — you're comfortable with simple repairs and spotting issues early
• Organised and detail-oriented — inspection dates and insurance expiries don't manage themselves
• A self-starter who's comfortable with ambiguity and flexible hours — startup life means the day doesn't always look the same
• Good communication skills for liaising with workshops, tow operators, and the team
• A genuine interest in sustainability, mobility, or the EV space is a big plus
• Students and interns welcome — no prior "operations" title needed; attitude and hustle matter more than a fancy resume
