Dental Clinic In Charge - #1173419

Responsibilities

• Clinic/ staff management

• Maintenance of the general cleanliness of the clinic

• Answering patient inquiries

• Making appointments

• Administrative work including rostering of staff/ dentists/ Oversee insurance and CHAS claims/ Medisave Submission (Supportive role to Group Manager)

• Assisting the dentist in clinical procedures and sterilization of dental instruments and equipment if needed

• Handle impromptu events or staff matters within the clinics

• Create, review and execute Operation SOPs

• Conduct monthly clinic meeting with clinical director and group manager

• Manage group level procurement of dental materials

• Handle escalated customer feedback and complaint

• Plan and ensure effective training of new staff, Assist GM with training of receptionist

• Any other related operational matters as assigned

Requirements

• Team player

• Good interpersonal skills

• 1 years of Experience is required

• Must be able to work nights and weekends based on clinic roster

• Excellent people and communication skills

• Meticulous and systematic with administrative procedures
