Job Description & Requirements

• Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and overall business objectives

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share and identify new business opportunities

• Oversee customer experience, ensuring timely follow-ups, effective handling of feedback and high service standards.

• Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends and prepare regular sales reports for management.

• Coach and develop sales team members to improve product knowledge, selling skills and overall performance.

• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and relevant local regulations.

• Oversee showroom operations, ensuring proper product display, tidiness and cleanliness.

- Possess minimum 2B License

- Proficient in Social Media platforms (IG, TikTok) , MS Office (Excel, Words)

- Familiar with motorcycles / local suppliers

- Excellent communication, problem solving, abilities and negotiation skills

- Self driven, highly motivated and good team player

- Able to work within tight schedules

- Continuously improve product knowledge and selling related skills to provide better value added services to customers that differentiates the company from competitors
