Key Responsibilities

· support daily production equipment operation.

· Perform routine inspections and check machines for faults, abnormalities, and potential safety risks.

· Conduct basic troubleshooting and minor repair of production equipment; escalate complex issues to engineers or maintenance teams.

· Operate and maintain machines and tools related to mobile phone repair and precision component assembly/processing.

· Follow SOPs, safety regulations, quality standards, and 5S requirements.

· Record equipment inspection results, maintenance logs, and fault reports accurately.

· Assist engineers with equipment testing, adjustment, and continuous improvement activities.

· Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and ensure stable machine performance.

Requirements

· Proven experience as a Technician in a mobile phone manufacturing factory or electronics assembly environment.

· Familiar with machine fault inspection, basic troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.

· Hands-on experience operating equipment used for mobile phone repair and precision components.

· Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic systems is preferred.

· Ability to read and follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety guidelines.

· Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills.
