Senior Production Planner [EL] - #1173262

Develop, coordinate and monitor production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery commitments.

Work closely with production, customer service and supply chain teams to align production plans with customer requirements and operational capacity.

Monitor production progress, identify potential bottlenecks and coordinate corrective actions to minimise delivery delays.

Act as the main contact for assigned customers regarding production planning, order status and delivery updates.

Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on production schedules, delivery performance and planning accuracy.

Analyse production and supply chain performance data to identify the root causes of missed targets and recommend improvements.

Lead or participate in initiatives to improve production planning processes, schedule adherence and overall operational performance.

Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
