Senior Planning Executive [EL] - #1173261

Coordinate and optimise supply chain planning activities to support customer demand, production requirements and delivery commitments.

Manage planning and delivery coordination for assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely communication of order status and supply-related issues.

Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to address supply constraints, schedule changes and delivery concerns.

Monitor production schedules, supply chain performance indicators and delivery timelines to identify potential risks and performance gaps.

Prepare and present regular or ad-hoc reports on planning performance, order fulfilment and delivery status.

Conduct root cause analysis for missed performance targets and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning accuracy, supply reliability and operational efficiency.

Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
