Operations Administration - #1173256

We are looking for a candidate with an interest in business operations and a basic understanding of business software to support our digital transformation and process improvement projects.

Working under the guidance of the project lead, the successful candidate will support internal teams and work with external IT vendors and consultants to document workflows, test systems, and follow up on project tasks. The role covers MES/ERP projects as well as the digitization and integration of other business functions.

An IT background or relevant experience would be an advantage, but is not mandatory. Prior system implementation experience and coding skills are not required.

An educational background or practical experience in IT, information systems, business, business analytics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
