Sales Project Manager [EL] - #1173240

Manage relationships with international customers in the server and technology sector, acting as the main point of contact for commercial, technical and project-related matters.

Coordinate the full customer engagement cycle, including RFPs, RFQs, NPI activities, product delivery and after-sales support.

Understand customer requirements and work with internal technical teams to coordinate appropriate product solutions.

Monitor project schedules, deliverables and specifications to ensure customer expectations are met.

Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing and supply chain teams to address technical issues, production requirements and delivery challenges.

Lead customer and internal meetings, track outstanding actions and facilitate timely issue resolution.

Prepare project updates, performance reports and risk assessments for customers and management.

Monitor server industry developments and technology trends to identify opportunities for product development and account growth.

Review excess and obsolete inventory exposure and coordinate with customers on material clearance and cost-sharing arrangements.

Support improvements in inventory planning, customer coordination and overall account management.
