1. Global Supply Chain Management

• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across global supply chain activities.

• Oversee daily supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency and effective resource utilisation.

• Ensure sufficient production capacity to meet customer demand and minimise potential supply chain disruptions.

• Monitor demand forecasts, inventory levels and material availability to optimise supply chain performance.

• Review clear-to-build (CTB) status, identify potential constraints, initiate necessary actions and ensure timely follow-up and closure.

2. Customer Account and Business Management

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts to identify revenue growth opportunities.

• Take responsibility for the operational and financial performance of customer accounts.

• Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.

• Monitor customer relationship performance indicators and drive improvements in customer satisfaction.

• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with assigned customers and follow up on agreed action plans.

3. Project and New Product Management

• Work closely with R&D and cross-functional teams to support new projects and product development activities.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, schedules and implementation strategies.

• Monitor project critical paths, identify schedule constraints and implement recovery or schedule compression plans when necessary.

• Manage supply chain projects to ensure successful implementation and timely delivery of new processes and improvements.

4. Risk and Performance Management

• Identify potential project and supply chain risks, prepare risk assessments and recommend mitigation plans.

• Anticipate operational challenges, escalate critical issues and provide management with timely updates on project status, risks and decisions required.

• Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure effective issue resolution and decision-making.

5. Inventory and Cost Optimisation

• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimise stock levels and working capital.

• Identify slow-moving and excess materials and implement improvement measures to minimise inventory exposure.

• Drive cost-saving initiatives by streamlining supply chain processes, systems and operational activities.

6. Production and Operational Coordination

• Maintain a strong understanding of production line operations, testing processes, factory layout and material flow.

• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve production and supply chain issues affecting delivery performance.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
