Project Coordinator / Business Support - #1173227

Key Responsibilities

• Support staff and IBG notes reservations, including coordination required to meet customer and corporate client demand.

• Coordinate vendors, cost quotations and logistics arrangements for campaign activities.

• Support operational planning and execution across 71 pop-up ATMs and related CNY initiatives.

• Coordinate the preparation and administration of marketing and campaign collateral.

• Support Pweb communications, stakeholder coordination and campaign updates.

• Coordinate campaign delivery, testing, tracking and reporting, including CNY and Queue-related activities.

• Support post-campaign closure and follow-up activities, including outstanding operational and administrative matters.

• Provide support for other CNY campaign-related tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• Experience in planning and execution, with the ability to coordinate activities end-to-end.

• Meticulous and detail-oriented, with strong organisational and follow-up skills.

• Comfortable handling a significant amount of administrative and coordination work, while managing multiple tasks and timelines.
