JobDescription

• Maintainvanilla plants and farm areas
• Assistwith planting, pruning, watering, weeding, grass cutting, and harvesting
• Assistwith food production, packaging, labelling, inventory, and order preparation
• Maintaincleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards
• Prepareand assist with customer deliveries
• Handlecollections, stock movements, and logistical arrangements
• Supportbazaars, exhibitions, pop-ups, and promotional activities
• Setup displays, introduce products, and engage customers
• Assistthe founder with daily business operations
• Identifytasks that need attention and take initiative
• Supportdifferent departments whenever required

JobRequirements

• Adaptability& Initiative:Strong sense of responsibility, proactive approach to problem-solving, andwillingness to take initiative in daily tasks
• Communication& Teamwork: Goodinterpersonal skills and comfort interacting with customers and team members
• PhysicalCapabilities:Comfortable with hands-on physical labour, outdoor farm work, and standing forextended periods
• Flexibility: Open to supporting occasional weekendevents or pop-ups when scheduled
• DrivingLicense: ValidSingapore Class 3 driving license is an advantage (for handling deliveries andlogistics)
