About the Role

The Global Key Accounts (GKA) team manages WIZ.AI's largest regional customers. We are hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to grow our business with Southeast Asia's leading multi-country groups: digital banks, fintechs, e-commerce and travel platforms. You will win new group customers, and grow new business units, markets and use cases inside our existing groups. You will own the full cycle: from first meeting to signed contract, go-live and first expansion.

What You Will Do

• Build and execute account plans for a named set of strategic prospects and new business units.
• Generate and qualify pipeline; engage multiple stakeholders across business, risk, marketing, procurement, IT and legal.
• Discover use cases and lead solution presentations, demos, ROI cases, proposals and proof-of-concepts with our solution and product teams.
• Negotiate commercial terms and drive contracts (MSA, SOW, DPA) through vendor onboarding and legal review.
• Own project milestones until go-live; coordinate product, telecom and engineering teams and escalate risks early.
• Run QBRs and performance reviews with customers, use data to improve results, and drive expansion to new markets and use cases.
• Keep pipeline and forecasts accurate in our CRM.
• Bring customer needs back to our product teams to shape the AI agent roadmap.

What We Are Looking For

• 8+ years of B2B enterprise sales, including 5+ years selling SaaS, AI, CPaaS / contact-centre or fintech solutions.
• A track record of closing complex, multi-country deals with large enterprises in Southeast Asia.
• A record of landing and expanding within large multi-country groups: entering through one business unit or market, then growing into new units, markets and use cases.
• Good understanding of fintech, digital banking, e-commerce or logistics operations (collections, activation, acquisition, customer service).
• Strong consultative selling skills: you can present a solution, run a demo, build an ROI case and manage a POC yourself.
• Fluent business English and at least one Southeast Asian language in order to liaise with clients across Southeast Asia.

Nice to Have

• Working proficiency in Mandarin is required for effective collaboration with Mandarin-speaking product and engineering teams.
• A network of senior decisionmakers at regional digital banks, fintechs, e-commerce or super-app groups.
• Knowledge of voice AI, LLM agents, outbound-calling compliance or telecom.
• Experience with MEDDICC or a similar sales methodology.
