Working Hours

• Mon–Thu 7:15am–4:30pm; Fri 7:15am–4:00pm or
• Mon–Thu 8:15am–5:30pm; Fri 8:15am–5:00pm

Key Roles

• Support HOD/ICT in managing school-based initiatives

• Provide ICT technical support and assistance

• Support, research, and recommend ICT/AV resources for procurement

• Manage user accounts for administrative portals (Apple School Manager, MDM, Google Workspace, MS 365, Adobe)

• Man support ICT helpdesk requests (password resets, device loans, troubleshooting, app installation)

• Diagnose computing and AV device issues

• Support stock-taking of ICT assets

• Manage equipment loans and insurance claims during warranty

• Manage periodic replacement and condemnation of ICT equipment

• Perform recordings for events, lessons, and competitions

• Set up/support AV for events, assemblies, and meetings

  Take charge of video production for school-based initiatives

• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• Preferably Diploma in IT or equivalent

• Good communication skills

• Team player with a positive attitude

• At least 2 years' relevant working experience
