A MNC chemical manufacturing company is hiring for an Admin Executive.

Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Negotiate with Suppliers/Vendors on contracts/purchases for Admin Department.

• Support upkeep of IT system with IT vendors

• Assist reviewing the contracts for other departments.

• Support on matters related to regulatory licenses/applications/audit

• Recording and filing of required documentation, including processing of and tracking of Purchase Requisitions, PO, DO, invoices to support other Departments’ activities.

• Responsible for supervising external providers during preventive maintenance of office equipment.

• Assist preparing and monitor the Admin Budget.

• Update QMS/EHS related documents

• Other Admin tasks requested by supervisors.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in related or business area.

• Minimum 3- 5 years of relevant working experience for Admin Executive or above

• Ability to communicate clearly in both writing and verbally and good interpersonal and presentation skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools

• Experience & knowledge in IT management will be an advantage
