Job Title: Sales Operations Management Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales and business operations to ensure smooth workflow.

• Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.

• Prepare quotations, invoices, sales reports and other business documents.

• Liaise with customers regarding orders, delivery schedules, pricing and service requirements.

• Coordinate with drivers, operations staff and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

• Monitor sales performance, customer accounts and outstanding payments.

• Maintain customer databases, sales records and operational documentation.

• Assist management in business planning, sales strategies and operational improvements.

• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and service-related issues.

• Coordinate with suppliers, business partners and internal departments.

• Support administrative duties and other tasks assigned by management.
