Teacher Aide - Bukit Timah - #1172936

Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027 with option to extend for another year

• Mondays to Fridays, 8 hours daily, excluding 1 hour lunch break during school term time.

• The working hours will be within 7.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

1. facilitate the delivery of lessons and practical assessments. This includes preparing and setting up subject-related equipment and exhibits (e.g. Science Laboratory preparation), as well as teaching and learning resources;

2. manage the daily operations, inventory management and maintenance of the department rooms and learning areas in the school;

3. assist in the preparations for department events and activities;

4. supports data entry for departments;

5. assist in any other events and activities based on the school’s needs; and

6. assist in school general administrative matters based on school’s needs.

Qualifications, skills and experience:

• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks.

• Possess a post-secondary qualification or equivalent.

• Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Ability to use AI wouldbe an added advantage.

• Preferably have 3 years of prior experience in school performing administrativeduties or Science-related laboratory work. Experience in event coordination orlogistics support is a plus.
