Finance & Admin Executive [6 months contract, may extend to 1 year]

Salary: $2500- $3000

Location: Aljunied Industrial Complex, Singapore 389836

Job description

• Perform general accounting functions including revenue & cost accounting, payable processing and preparation of monthly management reports and audit schedules.
• Prepare required journal entry to facilitate monthly accounting closure.
• Perform bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly audit schedules.
• Prepare quarterly GST return.
• Prepare sales and inventory reports for weekly reporting & meeting.
• Carry out month end and year-end closing activities.
• To handle any other adhoc duties assigned by Superior from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, ACCA or equivalent
• Min 1 year of relevant working experience in accounting
• Proficient in SAP B1 and MS Office
• Experience in GL preferred
