Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), quotations, and tender submissions.

Analyse construction drawings and specifications to determine project costs.

Source, evaluate, and negotiate quotations with suppliers and subcontractors.

Review contract documents and monitor contractual obligations.

Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.

Track material costs, subcontractor expenses, and overall project expenditure.

Verify claims and invoices against contractual terms and completed work.

Work closely with project teams and external parties to resolve commercial matters.

Maintain accurate cost reports and tender documentation.

Perform ad hoc duties assigned by management.
