Job Summary

Manage comprehensive accounting functions and office administration to support accurate financial reporting and efficient operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial records
• Deliver accurate and timely financial closing and prepare financial and management reports to support business decisions
• Prepare cash flow projections and monitor receivables collection to maintain healthy cash management
• Oversee daily office administrative operations and establish an organized filing system for administrative documents
• Coordinate company meetings, manage correspondence, and provide operational support to facilitate smooth business activities
• Execute finance- and administration-related tasks assigned by management to meet organizational needs
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as required to support dynamic business priorities
