Warehouse Operations Officer [SL] - #1172871

Monitor daily export warehouse operations to ensure customer requirements and operational targets are met.

Coordinate with Customer Service (CS) and instruct third-party vendors on special handling requirements for import and export shipments.

Conduct daily toolbox meetings and ensure proper housekeeping within the warehouse.

Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes in line with quality management objectives.

Coordinate with customers, internal CS teams and service providers to ensure daily operational tasks are completed on time.

Ensure all warehouse personnel comply with safety, security and quality standards.

Liaise with appointed service providers on daily import and export warehouse activities.

Monitor third-party transport providers to ensure timely cargo collection and delivery.

Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
