Production Technician ( 1 YEAR CONTRACT) [SAS] - #1172855

Perform filling operations for hydrogen peroxide and ammonium hydroxide according to production targets and quality standards.

Prepare, inspect and wash containers before production.

Carry out loading, palletising, strapping, packaging inspection and shrink wrapping.

Handle materials, generate and print barcodes, and perform material receiving activities.

Monitor production process parameters and record readings accurately on check sheets.

Operate production equipment, handheld tools and the NAV system.

Perform basic equipment maintenance and assist with production line improvements.

Follow QMS, EMS, OHS requirements and standard operating procedures.

Wear the required PPE and comply with chemical handling and workplace safety procedures.

Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the production area.

Perform other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.
