Job Description

• Prepare yakiniku and nitsuke dishes according to company recipes and quality standards.

• Assist with daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.

• Follow company SOPs and maintain food quality and consistency.

• Assist with stock management, supplier orders, and inventory checks.

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, food hygiene, and halal standards.

• Attend to customer enquiries and handle complaints professionally.

• Work closely with team members and assist with training new staff when required.

• Learn and take on additional responsibilities to develop skills in outlet operations and management.

• Open to candidates without experience (Training will be provided).

• Previous cooking experience is an added advantage.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.

• Interested in developing a career in F&B operations and management.

• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
