Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of Purchasing Process include sourcing.


• Responsible to source alternative material for cost saving


• Work with requestors to achieve business objectives


• Review inventories and order. Track orders status, ensure material is ready to support production


• Request and provide relevant report or document to support customer request (TDS, RoHS and MSDS)


• Generate monthly report & other ad-hoc duties as assigned


• Manage incoming shipping arrangement with Forwarder

Other Preferred Skills

• Proficient in MS Office


• Bilingual both in English and Mandarin to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders


• Strong analytical, communication & interpersonal skills with cross-functional, time management skills, problem solving skills


• Meticulous, responsible, organized & good team player


• Resourceful, good in sourcing & coordination with vendors


• Able to perform under tight schedules and deadlines with minimum supervision


• Ability to meet deadlines without compromising consistency in the process

Qualification & Education Requirements

• Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management / Production Planning / Project


• Management would be desirable or Professional Certification


• Preferably with relevant experience
