Logistics Operations Officer (TGR No.2) [SL] - #1172786

Support daily logistics and administrative operations.

Coordinate task assignments and follow up on work progress.

Provide guidance to new hires on operational procedures and documentation requirements.

Prepare shipping documents and import/export paperwork in accordance with company SOPs.

Follow up on shipment clearance, transportation, and delivery arrangements.

Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely shipment updates.

Monitor operational KPIs and support service improvement initiatives.

Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory records and timely order fulfilment.

Resolve administrative issues and liaise with relevant departments when necessary.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and workplace safety requirements.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
