We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to oversee transport route operations, administration, and corporate insurance matters. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Secretariat, coordinate with key stakeholders, manage member communications and enquiries, and assist with events, meetings, and reporting activities to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• In charge of transport routes operations.
• Provide administrative support to the Secretariat.
• Develop membership and promote corporate insurance through different initiatives.
• In charge of insurance and membership system, applications and administration.
• First contact point between key stakeholders.
• In charge of official communications to members.
• Support events and attend meetings when required.
• Assist member enquries on insurance claims when required.
• Prepare monthly insurance and committee reports.

Requirements

• Understand business and process good organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in membership management, event coordination, transport operations, or insurance administration will be an advantage.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
