Job Summary

Support the planning and execution of brand activations, launches, exhibitions, and events by coordinating suppliers, venues, logistics, and manpower to ensure seamless event delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of brand activations, launches, exhibitions, and events to achieve successful outcomes
• Coordinate suppliers, venues, logistics, manpower, and production requirements to meet event objectives
• Prepare detailed project timelines, quotations, budgets, proposals, and event run sheets to guide event progress
• Conduct site visits, supplier follow-ups, and production checks to ensure quality and compliance
• Collaborate effectively with creative, production, and project management teams to align event goals
• Assist in managing events onsite, overseeing setup, show days, and dismantling to ensure smooth operations
• Adapt to onsite work environments and support occasional evening or weekend events as required

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in events, brand activations, production, or a creative agency environment
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace to support event documentation and communication
• Strong organisation, communication, and multitasking skills demonstrated through managing multiple event tasks
• Resourceful, proactive, and able to solve problems independently to handle event challenges
• Immediate or short-notice availability to support urgent event needs
