Overview

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Property Executive to support the day-to-day operations and maintenance of assigned properties. The ideal candidate should possess 3-4 years of building operations experience, be technically inclined with strong IT proficiency, and have the ability to coordinate effectively with tenants, contractors, and service providers. Experience managing commercial properties will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily management and operation of assigned properties.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance works, repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Monitor the performance of service providers, contractors, and vendors to ensure service standards are met.
• Attend to tenants' feedback, service requests, and operational issues promptly.
• Support budgeting, procurement, and verification of service contracts and invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, equipment inventories, and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, fire safety, and statutory regulations.
• Assist in the management of tenancy-related matters, fitting-out works, and reinstatement projects.
• Utilize property management systems and digital tools to track work orders, maintenance activities, and reporting.
• Support the Property Manager in implementing operational improvements and enhancement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in building operations, facilities management, or property management.
• Strong understanding of M&E systems, building maintenance, and facilities operations.
• Hands-on IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience using property/facilities management software.
