TCM Tuina Therapist — Full-Time

Join our founding team and use your skills to help patients move more comfortably and feel cared for. We’re looking for an experienced Tuina Therapist to work closely with our TCM physicians and provide attentive, personalised care.

Salary & Working Hours

• Basic salary: $2,800/month + $200 attendance bonus, subject to eligibility.

• Sales commission.

• Five days a week, 44 working hours, excluding breaks.

• Rostered between 10am and 8.30pm, with one shorter day each week.

• Two daily breaks totalling 1.5 hours.

• Roster includes weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tuina treatments within your training and scope of practice.

• Follow physicians’ treatment instructions and communicate patient feedback.

• Monitor patient comfort and adjust treatment pressure appropriately.

• Maintain accurate treatment records.

• Keep treatment areas, linen and equipment clean and ready for use.

• Explain procedures clearly and provide aftercare guidance consistent with physicians’ advice.

• Support daily clinic operations.

Requirements

• Professional Tuina experience is required; TCM clinic experience is preferred.

• Relevant recognised massage or Tuina qualifications.

• Sound knowledge of Tuina techniques and safe treatment practices.

• Ability to recognise when treatment should be paused and refer concerns to the physician.

• Able to communicate in Mandarin with Mandarin-speaking patients; basic English communication is preferred.

• Caring, responsible and respectful of patient privacy.

薪资与工作时间

• 底薪： 每月$2,800＋$200全勤奖，须符合全勤条件。

• 另享业绩提成。

• 每周工作5天、44小时

  ，不包括休息时间。

• 排班时段为 上午10点至晚上8点半，每周其中一天安排较短班次。

• 每天分两次休息，合计 1.5小时。

• 需配合周末及公共假期轮班。

工作职责

• 在自身专业资格及能力范围内提供推拿服务。

• 配合医师的治疗安排，及时反馈病人的情况。

• 留意病人感受，适当调整手法与力度。

• 准确记录治疗内容。

• 保持治疗区域、床单及器材清洁，做好治疗前后准备。

• 清楚说明治疗过程，并按医师建议提供护理指导。

• 协助诊所日常运作。

职位要求

须具备专业推拿经验，有中医诊所经验者优先。

• 持有相关认可的按摩或推拿资格证书。

• 熟悉推拿手法及安全操作。

• 能识别需要暂停治疗的情况，并及时请医师评估。

• 能以华语协助讲华语的病人，具备基本英语沟通能力者优先。

• 待人亲切、做事负责，并尊重病人隐私。
