Job Summary

Drive business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients in Singapore. Promote IT services, manage client relationships, and support sales processes to achieve business development targets.

Responsibilities

• Account Management for global clients in the region.
• Identify potential clients and generate leads in the Singapore market using LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and networking to expand business opportunities
• Promote the company’s IT services and software solutions to prospective clients to increase market presence
• Schedule client meetings, gather and analyze business requirements, and support sales closures to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify and secure account growth opportunities
• Conduct market research and maintain sales pipelines to monitor progress and achieve business development targets

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or Marketing, or a related field from reputed universities or colleges
• 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation within the IT sector or Technology Venture Capital, including internships with companies serving global clients, especially in the USA or UAE markets, supporting expansion in Asia
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to manage high-profile relationships and close deals effectively
• Interest in software sales, solution sales, IT services, and client engagement
• Strong proficiency in research, LinkedIn networking campaigns, and Python programming
• Proactive, target-oriented mindset with to learn fast and adapt
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure business environments
