Job Summary

Provide front desk and administrative support in a school setting, managing communications, reception duties, and assisting staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to telephone calls, reception counter inquiries, and visitor questions to support students, parents, and visitors
• Manage incoming mail, deliveries, student early dismissals, and sick bay admissions to maintain efficient office flow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, sick bay, lost-and-found items, and general office spaces
• Perform accurate data entry and administrative tasks to support school leaders and office staff in daily operations
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth handling of front desk and office responsibilities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• GCE O-Level with at least 3 passes, including English and Mother Tongue (preferred but not mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of front desk or customer service experience, preferably in an MOE school environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and use of office equipment to complete administrative tasks efficiently
• Good communication skills and a pleasant personality to engage effectively with school community
• First Aid training to assist with sick bay admissions and emergencies
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills to support collaborative office functions
