SCOPE OVERVIEW

• Process policy maintenance transactions such as change of address, beneficiary updates, reinstatements, withdrawal and surrenders etc.


• Perform receipting of payment into policies and clearing of suspense.


• Maintain proper documentations and audit trails for all transactions


• Participate in UAT testing for new system enhancement and process automations


• Provide feedback and participate in improvement in workflows, TAT and accuracy


• Support any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Head, Life Operations

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or equivalent in Business, Finance, Insurance or a related field.


• 3 – 5 years of experience in life insurance operations or policy servicing preferred


• Familiar with life insurance products and AS400 system


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
