Job Summary

Support school departments by preparing teaching materials, managing resources, and assisting with lab lessons and school activities to ensure smooth daily operations and effective learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare teaching materials and learning resources for school departments, including MOE Kindergarten, to support curriculum delivery
• Provide administrative and logistical support for school activities, examinations, orientations, and events to ensure smooth execution
• Conduct inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records to manage school department resources effectively
• Support Gastro Lab lessons by maintaining laboratory cleanliness and assisting teachers with related activities to facilitate practical learning
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create documents and presentations that support school operations and communications
• Communicate clearly and provide customer service to support staff and students during school activities
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and support school department needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• GCE N-Level qualification or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in resource planning and office administration, preferably with school experience
• Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 1 certification

• Mondays to Fridays: 8:00am to 1:00pm (5 hours per day)
