Freight Operation Officer /5.5 days /$3,000 - $3,800 @Ubi

• Coordinate logistics and shipping operations for both inbound and outbound freight.

• Preparing and reviewing shipping document, include airway bill, B/L and Import/Export paperwork.

• Track shipment from origin to destination, updating clients and stakeholders as needed.

• Inspect cargo in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage, handling and compliance with safety regulations.

• Perform data entry tasks and support permit declaration and ensure compliance with customs regulations.

• Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers and internal teams to resolve any operational issues or delays.

• Support clients/internal teams, answering queries related to shipments, document & logistics processes.

• Knowledge of Air/Sea freight logistics and shipping operations is advantageous.

• Experience in shipping documentation, including customs declarations and freight paperwork.
