Job Summary

You will conduct face-to-face passenger surveys at airport boarding gates, accurately record responses, and maintain survey records to support data collection and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face passenger surveys at airport boarding gates across all terminals to collect accurate data
• Approach passengers professionally and explain the survey clearly to encourage participation
• Record passenger responses accurately and complete assigned survey targets to ensure data quality
• Maintain organized survey records and report progress regularly to the fieldwork manager

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous experience conducting airport passenger surveys
• Ability to communicate effectively and interact comfortably with passengers from diverse backgrounds
• Accuracy in recording information and following detailed survey instructions
