  • Prior experience in programme coordination, healthcare administration, customer service, operations or client-facing roles would be advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple participants and activities concurrently.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with participants, healthcare professionals and corporate clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Able to maintain accurate records and handle confidential participant information appropriately.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is people-oriented, organised and proactive. You should enjoy interacting with participants and helping them navigate their programme journey, while also being comfortable managing the administrative and operational details behind the scenes.

You should be able to work independently, follow up persistently but professionally, and adapt as programmes and processes continue to evolve.
