Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to support marketing initiatives, brand development, and business growth by planning campaigns, managing digital channels, conducting market research, and enhancing customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels to drive brand visibility and customer engagement
• Manage social media platforms, website content, and digital marketing channels to optimize audience reach and interaction
• Create and coordinate marketing materials, promotional content, and communications to support brand consistency
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and business opportunities for strategic planning
• Assist in developing marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth
• Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and prepare detailed reports for management review
• Coordinate marketing activities with internal departments, external vendors, and business partners to ensure seamless execution
• Maintain the company’s brand image and ensure consistency across all marketing communications
• Support the planning and execution of events and promotional activities to enhance market presence
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by management to support overall marketing objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline
• Relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and content creation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, organisational, and project coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
