About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial and visionary individual to establish and lead a new restaurant business in Singapore, specialising in the development and promotion of authentic Telugu and Tamil cuisines.

The successful candidate will be the Director with take over of the existing shares in the company (looking for an investor with the share investment of 100k), taking full ownership of the business vision, investment strategy, restaurant concept development and overall business performance.

This is an opportunity for an experienced restaurant professional to build a distinctive culinary brand, introduce innovative dining concepts and establish a sustainable presence in Singapore's competitive F&B market.

We are expanding our business with 2 more outlets in Siglap and Punggol. Candidate should be moving frequently between 3 locations ( Little india, Siglap, Punggol ) in a day to day activities with other works.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment, development and overall management of the restaurant business.

• Develop innovative restaurant concepts centred on authentic Telugu and Tamil cuisines.

• Oversee business planning, investment decisions, budgeting, financial performance and profitability.

• Lead restaurant operations, including menu development, food quality, service standards and customer experience.

• Develop brand positioning, marketing strategies and business growth initiatives.

• Identify suitable restaurant locations and oversee outlet setup, procurement and supplier relationships.

• Recruit, train and manage kitchen, service and management teams.

• Ensure compliance with Singapore's applicable corporate, employment, food safety and licensing requirements.

• Build strategic partnerships and establish the restaurant as a recognised destination for South Indian cuisine.

Requirements

• Minimum 20 years of proven experience in restaurant management, F&B operations or restaurant business development.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing restaurant operations, commercial performance and business growth.

• Strong knowledge of Telugu and Tamil cuisines, including traditional recipes, regional specialities, ingredients and culinary practices.

• Proven ability to conceptualise, launch and develop new restaurant brands or dining concepts.

• Strong business acumen, leadership capabilities and strategic decision-making skills.

• Experience in financial planning, cost control, procurement, staffing and profitability management.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a long-term commitment to building and growing the business.

• Ability to lead the business independently and assume full responsibility for its investment and operational direction.

• Familiarity with Singapore's F&B industry and regulatory environment will be an advantage.

Investment and Ownership Structure

The successful candidate is expected to:

• Hold 100% of the company's issued shares.

• Act as the sole investor, providing the required business capital.

• Assume the role of Director, subject to applicable Singapore company law and regulatory requirements.

• Lead the strategic, financial and commercial direction of the company.
