MES Software Development Engineer - #1172308

To design architecture, core development, and maintenance of the MES. Integrating various production equipment and cross-departmental systems. Enhance factory automation and smart manufacturing efficiency.

Responsibilities

• System Development & Maintenance: Develop, test and maintain MES functionalities using C# for both ASP.NET(Web applications) and WinForms (Desktop applications)
• API Design & Integration: Develop APIs for data exchange and system integration between MES and external systems (ERP)
• Database Programming: Write and optimize Oracle PL/SQL, including Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, and SQL queries
• Analysis & Troubleshooting: Collaborate with line users and project teams to clarify requirements and Technical documentation
• Preparation and implementation of programs to Live environment
• Program Testing and documentation

Requirements

• Degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Application with minimum 2years’ working experience in a manufacturing industry or factory IT system maintenance
• Programming knowledge: Proficient in C#, with hands-on development experience in ASP.NET (MVC / Web API / Core), WinForms. Microsoft SQL Server Database, and WinForms, IIS
• API Technologies: Familiar with RESTful API architecture and highly capable of processing data formats such as JSON and XML
• Database: Familiar with Oracle Database, proficient in SQL syntax and PL/SQL programming (Stored Procedures)
• Strong problem solving, analysis and logical thinking skills
• A good team player who possesses drive, resourceful, initiative and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills with ability to interact with people of all levels
• Positive and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced business environment
