At Elan Collective Organisation, we help established brands connect with customers through face-to-face sales and marketing. We work directly with people at events, roadshows and promotional campaigns, creating meaningful customer interactions that support our clients’ marketing objectives.

The Role

Looking to build your communication skills, gain hands-on experience or explore a career in sales and marketing?

We’re looking for motivated individuals who are ready to learn, take on new challenges and develop their skills through real-world customer engagement. No previous sales experience is required, as training and guidance will be provided.

What You’ll Do

• Represent established brands through face-to-face marketing campaigns.
• Engage customers, understand their needs and introduce relevant products or services.
• Develop practical sales, communication and presentation skills through hands-on training.
• Participate in team briefings, campaign activities and events.
• Work towards campaign targets and learn to improve through feedback and coaching.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver a positive customer experience.

• Willing to learn, take feedback and step outside their comfort zone.
• Has a positive work attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Motivated to achieve goals and develop through consistent effort.

Fresh graduates, entry-level applicants and career switchers are welcome. Experience in sales, retail, customer service, F&B or hospitality is an advantage, but not essential.
