Production / Operations Executive | 5 Days, $3000 – $3800 + AWS + Bonus, North - #1172280

5-day work week, Monday to Friday

Location: North

• Basic Salary: $3,000 – $3,800

AWS + Variable Bonus

Job Scopes:

• Coordinate with production supervisors, operators and staff to ensure smooth daily production operations.

• Plan, monitor and coordinate production schedules to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.

• Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance productivity.

• Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machinery and materials to meet production targets.

• Liaise with Customer Service, Quality, Engineering and Warehouse departments to coordinate daily operations.

• Work closely with internal teams and overseas counterparts to ensure timely production support and material availability.

• Ensure production activities comply with company procedures, work instructions and ISO 9001 quality standards.

• Monitor daily production progress, resolve operational issues and minimize production delays.

• Plan and assign the mobile packing team to provide daily on-site packing support.

• Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping standards and proper equipment usage.

• Prepare and maintain production records, reports and documentation.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall production efficiency.

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in production or manufacturing operations.

• Knowledge of SAP or SAGE system is required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

• Familiar with ISO 9001 standards and related documentation.

• Good production planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Must be willing to perform paid overtime on weekdays, weekends and Public Holidays when required.
