Job Summary

You will develop new sales accounts and service existing customers in bio-photonics, providing technical sales and brief technical support to meet customer application and technical needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop new sales accounts in the bio-photonics sector to expand market presence
• Service and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Provide brief technical support to customers to address their application and technical requirements effectively
• Apply consultative sales techniques to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Manage sales accounts proactively, including preparing presentations and negotiating terms to close deals
• Collaborate with internal teams to customize and integrate opto-mechanical modules into microscopy and imaging systems

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Sciences, or related disciplines
• Ability to work independently and innovatively while contributing as a team player under pressure
• Strong consultative customer sales and support skills
• Proactive sales account management, presentation, and negotiation skills
