Transport Operations Manager - #1172271

Oversee and coordinate daily transport and logistics operations to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

Supervise drivers and transport personnel, ensuring efficient work allocation and scheduling.

Plan and coordinate transportation routes, delivery schedules, and manpower requirements.

Liaise with customers when necessary to facilitate smooth delivery arrangements.

Ensure excellent customer service through clear, professional, and polite communication.

Ensure all goods are delivered safely and in good condition, with necessary precautions taken to prevent damage to customers' premises and property.

Monitor daily transport activities and resolve operational issues or delivery delays when necessary.

Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and transport operations are carried out safely and efficiently.

Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.

Basic proficiency in spoken English; ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in transport, logistics, or operations management.
