Job Summary

The successful candidate will manage customer enquiries and assigned accounts, coordinate moving and relocation services, and support management with customer service and administrative activities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by preparing accurate quotations and following up to secure business
• Manage major customer accounts from initial enquiry through to successful completion of moves, ensuring service continuity
• Coordinate moving arrangements with Operations, supervisors, Shipping, and overseas agents to ensure smooth logistics
• Monitor confirmed bookings, schedules, documentation, and resolve outstanding matters promptly
• Communicate proactively with customers to keep them informed and resolve service issues professionally
• Support management with customer follow-ups and daily administrative tasks to maintain operational efficiency
• Independently manage assigned accounts and maintain service standards during management absences

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in moving, relocation, freight forwarding, or logistics
• Proficient written and spoken English for customer communication, quotation preparation, and coordination with overseas agents
• Strong customer service, communication, and organisational skills
• Responsible and proactive approach with ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities
• Ability to work independently with ownership of assigned accounts
