Teacher, Happinest Student Care

Happinest is one of Singapore’s leading premium student care programmes, serving more than 200 primary school children in the East.

We are not a conventional student care centre.

As a Teacher at Happinest, you will be the catalyst to impact the lives and futures of students at Happinest. You will be the pillar of support for their learning and emotional needs. Every lesson you conduct, Every workshop you create and Every event you organise encourages Happinest students to engage in an after-school programme that is not only the best but also uniquely crafted by you and the Happinest team. What you’ll do

• Take charge of a class of 12 students
• Develop and implement engaging curriculum for students
• Manage daily after-school activities for students
• Communicate with parents/guardians on students’ academics & welfare matters
• Address students’ emotional & welfare needs
• Collaborate with team to plan holiday workshops & activities
• Assist and facilitate other job functions to assist with operations

What you bring

• A Passion for working with young children age 7 to 12
• A Creative and collaborative spirit & a willingness to learn
• A Motivation to self- improve and better the team
• A Degree (in any discipline) / Postgraduate Diploma in Education
• Some experience in a teaching/tutoring/childcare/student care environment or in any such environment with interaction with children
• Adequate capacity to tutor/assist students on all subjects

• Working hours 10am to 7pm, 5 days a week
• Work location: Eunos / Marine Parade
