About this role

Pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment at a Marymount warehouse, keeping stock records accurate and the racks clean, labelled and safe. We are looking for someone meticulous and physically fit who is happy to work to a daily fulfilment rhythm.

Our client is a healthcare organisation in Singapore that dispenses medication and delivers it to patients. This role sits on the warehouse and distribution side of that operation.

This is a permanent, full-time logistics position in Marymount, working Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. Saturday 9am to 1pm.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment for both brands and marketplace channels.

Label and pack every order correctly before it leaves the warehouse.

Keep packaging materials available and reorder them before they run out.

Report the daily marketplace order count to the team.

Keep stock-on-hand figures accurate and the inventory file up to date.

Flag low-stock and out-of-stock items to the procurement officer.

Stock received items into the system and put them away on the correct racks.

Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe, with accurate stock and properly labelled racks.

Requirements

Prior warehouse, logistics or fulfilment experience is an advantage.

Able to read and write basic English for documentation.

Basic computer literacy for spreadsheets or an inventory system.

Physically fit for packing and moving stock through the day.

Meticulous and responsible, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Comfortable using WhatsApp for daily operational updates.

What we offer

Basic salary of $2,000 to $2,300 per month, depending on experience.
