Salary: $3,000–$5,000/month + $300 Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus

Shift Allowance: Day $30/day | Night $75/night

Location: Tuas

Vacancies: 5

Working Hours

  • Till Dec 2026: 8am–5:30pm
  • From Q1 2027: 12-hour rotating shifts (8am–8pm / 8pm–8am)
  • Shift Pattern: Day, Night, Off, Off (Repeating)

Job Scope

  • Operate and maintain plant utility systems and equipment
  • Perform troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance
  • Support HVAC, purified water systems and equipment validation
  • Coordinate equipment installation and technical modifications
  • Investigate equipment issues and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, safety regulations and SOPs

Requirements

  • Diploma in Mechanical, HVAC or related Engineering discipline
  • Experience in plant utilities, HVAC or purified water systems is an advantage
  • Able to work 12-hour rotating day/night shifts from Q1 2027
