Sales Operation Executive (Part Time) - #1172103

Job Summary

You will provide sales and customer service support by assisting customers with product selections, preparing sales documents, and maintaining follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

-Explain product features and benefits to customers to support informed purchasing decisions.

-Respond promptly to customer inquiries to provide accurate information and assistance.

-Recommend merchandise options tailored to customers’ needs and preferences.

-Prepare accurate quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices to facilitate smooth sales transactions.

-Follow up with customers to confirm orders and address any post-sale concerns.

Requirement

-Cheerful personality and passionate.

-Willing to work 2-3 days per week- Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

-Working hours: 10.30am to 7pm.

-Location: Ubi Techpark.

-Interns are welcome to apply.
