Job Summary

This is a freelance, full-cycle sales role. You work independently and earn commission on every deal you close, the way property and insurance agents do. You will take SME decision-makers from first contact to signed deal, show them how Trelinx's AI answers their calls and messages, and stay their main point of contact until the service goes live. Leads are provided, and you can add your own.

Responsibilities

- Book appointments: reach SME owners and managers by phone, WhatsApp and LinkedIn, and set meetings

- Scoping and fact-finding: understand how each business handles customer calls and messages today, and what they need

- Present and propose: show the Trelinx app and AI receptionist, and work with the team on the right proposal

- Follow up to close: stay in touch until the client decides, and handle their questions and objections

- Maintain the relationship until go-live: remain the client's main contact while our team handles setup

- Keep your sales pipeline updated and report progress

Preferred competencies and qualifications

- Experience in B2B or commission-based sales, such as property, insurance, financial advisory or direct sales, is an advantage

- Comfortable learning a product well and explaining it simply to business owners

- Self-directed in managing your own hours, territory and follow-ups

- Reside in Singapore and have the ability to engage with local SME decision-makers

- Leads are provided by the company; sales representatives focus on closing deals

- Earn uncapped commission with no earnings ceiling
