Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM (4 hours per day)

Work Location: Simei / Kovan / Buangkok

Public Holidays: No work required

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented Part-Time Customer Service Officer who is seeking a long-term commitment with our company.

Training Requirements

Before commencing regular duties, candidates are required to complete 2 days of weekday training, from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM .

Job Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries, appointment bookings, requests, confirmations, and phone calls.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Perform accurate daily data entry for customer and staff records.
• Prepare reports for submission and compilation.
• Handle general administrative and clerical duties to support daily operations.
• Carry out other ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the Company.

• Prior experience in customer service or a frontline service role.
• Experience in the beauty and wellness industry will be an added advantage.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new digital systems and applications quickly.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Able to commit to the stated working hours on a long-term basis.
